14. I am going to read "The Citadel" again

I read it whenever I feel dejected by the state of science, reality etc. It reminds me to not give up on science.
I mean yes everything is hopeless, but at least there is a genuine satisfaction to be found in science sans ..I don’t know…community or something, that neither humans nor machines can destroy.

It helped me when I lost my mom…she had an excellent oncologist, but cancer is never easy to beat.
Denny was always my favorite person in the book-this cynical alcoholic..
