I will recommend another series I've recently discovered. The author is Paul Doiron, and the protagonist is a game warden in Maine. Very interesting so far. I'm only part way through the first of the series, but liking it a lot.

I will also recommend books bu Brian McGilloway. He has two sries, and two stand alone novels. They are all good.

Oh, and I will pass on to Iona that a random friend really likes her. Thanks
