Because it's a reimplementation of the old farm bureau policy of giving freebies to white farmers and nothing to black farmers.

Also - I'm final sig on a family agribiz - original farm in AL, then land picked up in the Great Depression by my granddaddy in MS, and GA. My dad as final sig bought a lot of land in Arkansas.

We have never received any of those handouts. We've always gone it alone -

So can they.

I'm inclined to believe two things:
1. When you farm to feed your community - you can never go wrong.

2. When you don't know how to run your business, you shouldn't be allowed to take from those farmers who DO know how to run their business.
