Medicare fees are lower for 2023 [View all]

I got the email inviting me to log into my Social Security account to view the 2023 benefits.

Of course it did not recognize me, so I tried to use a new password and got an email that... that email is not associated with any account.. and finally I did what I never do, clicked on the link from the email and had to wait for security code to be emailed.

Anyhoo, monthly Medicare will be $164.90 instead of $170.10.

I probably should call them, anyway to assure that the account is not compromised. As it happened, several days ago I did get an email notifying me that my account was suspended for "suspicious" activity. I trashed it.
