wrong here. I'm thinking that laws involving those who die intestate (without a will) apply almost exclusively to children and spouses. Maybe parents. Not siblings.

Of course, I could be wrong, but you could leave him one dollar in a will. Jackie Kennedy left no money to her sister Lee Radziwill, and that wasn't contested.

More to the point, while I'm sorry you have no relationship with your brother, try to live with that. I have a brother who is a Trumper and I have almost no relationship with him at this point. And honestly, I don't give a flying fuck. He's always been a selfish, self-centered person who has essentially given nothing to the rest of the family. I see no reason to waste any emotion or sentiment on him.
