6. I had AARPs homeowners insurance a few years ago.

We had a hailstorm and every house in the
neighborhood had roof damage that insurance took care of. Hartford sends an adjuster to look at my roof. He didn't even get out of his car and said I don't see any damage. I fought with them for months before I finally got another adjuster to look at it. They did finally replace my shingles. The day I got the check for my roof I cancelled my homeowners and auto insurance.
