And we have relatives who also like them. Where are you? I suspect being short staffed is changing methodology. And that might be everywhere.

It is so confusing. My hubby and I had SAG PPO. Then Covid lockdown knocked thousands from PPO to HMO - Medicare Advantage.

KP could be really good. But I think they have certain restrictions because of being shorthanded. Seeing a neurologist has been almost impossible. Even getting to see a dermatologist was an uphill battle.
