2. I don't know why we can't just give them a hearing on American soil. And if they are criminals, try them in court.

And if they are found guilty, we have plenty of prison space in this country. We don’t need to be doing this shit. These people aren’t an existential threat to the United States anyway. The right wing is always muddled up crime with national security. They are two different things.
