Same way Obama handled the fact that the overwhelming leader in the WH online polls for issues to be addressed, was marijuana legalization. It was treated like some silly prank put on by stoned kids in a dorm room.

Why would the WH press secretary find this question "surprising"? Maybe you should ask yourself that.
