My life has been a living hell since my husband died in 2022. He died of vascular dementia.

The two cats that died were bonded twins that he adopted in 2013.

The most recent one died on Jan. 2nd in his sleep it seems.

I found him dead in front of the furnace in the middle of the night.

I buried him in the backyard the next day.

When I realized he was dead, Missy was there. I was calling his name and Missy went, "Meowww" very softly.

The other twin died from Round-Up Ready exposure I believe. The landscape guy I had was not licensed to use it and he killed the entire backyard off and now two dead cats as well.

Luckily, being Missy never goes outside, he did not get her too.

The other two cats didn't go outside either but one of them would sneak out once in awhile. Sadly this was often enough that he was exposed to the Round-Up.

I turned him in and they did nothing to him but tell him to not use any more chemicals as he is not licensed.

Sad times around here, believe me.

I'm hanging on by a thread as my health is poor. I was in very rough shape yesterday in particular and went to bed at 6:00 p.m.

Missy is all I have now.

Thank you for not criticizing me. Its been a tough go and to have a lawsuit going on top of it just makes the whole situation even worse.
