I finally had some success growing eggplant! [View all]

These will go into a Greek one-pot dish along with some tomatoes, rice, garlic, oregano, etc.

The plants got a late start due to all the rain we had in June, but they hung on once July came.

They are Burpee Shooting Stars. My husband started them from seed.
