Trying to optimize the spaces this year…added in a couple more straw bales. Last couple years the experimenting with them went well, so getting serious this year. A famous straw bale teacher is now the moderator for this forum… tons of informative videos.
It’s amazing on how much you can get from small spaces. Here’s to wishing I was 30 years younger…I’ve got a concept for tower gardens. Think of a kids play structure…levels with intermittent small steps to various levels and spaces like decks. Footprint could be as small as 10-10. Watering could be on a drip to next level setup…one level dripping water to the level below. Care would have to be taken for the proper placement of the plants but it’s doable.
Vertical gardening is an established method, this would be more for the home gardeners with limited space…up is an alternative.
