That tatsoi looks really interesting. I have never seen or heard of it before. I will definitely try to find it. I’ve grown Swiss chard before and it is always easy to grow and I end up picking a laundry basket full every time I go out.

I have the same problem with spinach, it bolts like within a week. Grrrr
