in PA. But really, who would intentionally plant this? And where would anyone find it to buy for your garden?

I am coping enough with noxious weeds here that I never planted, or wanted. I don't even know how the hell they got here, but my bane of late has been garlic mustard. It is not as huge and toxic as hogweed, but it is prolific. At least it can be eaten!
