2. It's been an ordeal

I did have the line scoped, and I sent the link of the footage to my son. I tried to figure it out, but it made no sense to me, but my son is smarter than me.

I just called the company and asked them to run a scope after it's (hopefully) cleaned out, so that's going to happen. That way my son will be able to see if there's actual damage to the line, and where it is. He has a friend who used to do that type of work, and my son knows how to operate heavy equipment, so if something needs to be done they'll hopefully be able to save me thousands of dollars.

I'll just add, the tenants have been super understanding, and hopefully it's helping that I told them no rent would be due while this is going on. I won't charge them for October at all, no matter what.
