2. This thread is reminding me that I need to make chicken stew some time soon.

Alas, I currently live in assisted/independent living, and I'm currently not cooking, although I have a small kitchen (microwave, fridge, 2 burner stove-top) and I am REALLY missing my chicken stew. Other residents have full kitchens, and John (another resident) told me today that he would be happy to let me use his full kitchen to cook. I will take him up on that.

Oh, and I also make chocolate chip cookies that could bring about world peace.
