2. I'm moving toward maintenance now

Since the start of summer I went from somewhere over 160 (probably close to 170 but I stopped weighing at that point) to 134 today, my goal was getting back to 135. If I got to 130, I'd be okay with that, but I'm feeling healthy at this weight.

I'm going to try to lose enough that I can absorb the christmas holiday pudge and stay at my goal, then for the next year experiment with what I can add back in to maintain without losing more. I'd like to have an occasional unsweetened yogurt, a slice of whole wheat bread, and some fruit. Maybe on weekends, if I'm strict M-F.

And I'm working on doing a chinup, I'd like to do my first one ever some time next year.
