2. I have had terrible sleep problems for months.

I'm in the midst of a deep, deep depression. My doctor recently switched me off Zoloft and to Remeron, which helps. But I have gained some weight in only a week, which won't help my depression. The sleep issues make the depression worse.

I feel your pain.
