But I've learned several times that the alternative, no meds, is worse.

The wretched thing about my dark, depressed, OCD, slightly paranoid and psychotic unmedicated self is that I'm the last one to know anything is wrong.

The first thing that flies out the window is my ability to judge my own mental state.
