In a way everything, even the physical is in the end all emotional. As those who suffer from panic attacks and hypochondria know the brain can create physical symptoms as a result of their emotional condition that are every bit as real as 'real' physical symptoms. It gets all the worse when there really IS a mix of physical and emotional problems as so often is the case. One could have a minor viral or bacterial infection causing real but in the end minor symptoms along with their depression and the end result may be they feel like they are dying.
