10. My daughter had a long struggle with loss of self confidence.

She fought her way through it, and now has a good, challenging job that she complains about, but actually loves.
What I saw from her experiences is how hard it is to take those first few steps, but how satisfying it is when you do it and discover you can do even more.
There's joy in that discovery. I'm confident you'll also come to that realization.
