doing that as well...it will at very least help the muscles that support your spine!

At the end of the week, I was tired, my back was a little sore from sleeping "not in my bed", but I was actually able to help tear down our two heavy canvas tents and load the trailer...but was not needed for much of it, since my DH, two sons, and middle son's partner took care of that while I sorted the ropes, since no one else can seem to keep the fly ropes and tent ropes separate.
