I have Psoriatic Arthritis, FIbro and all the fun that goes along with the ever rotating "what's gonna hurt today?" roulette that comes with. Been regulating and trying to get PT moving forward as well...

Well the epic snow in the sierras kept me from getting to my specialist appts in Sacramento for FOUR months out of the ordinary, and that caused my Taltz to lapse... 2 months without a new script.

Then my Dad died last month, (after mom died last year they literally died within 12 hours apart a year later) and the whole taking care of the estate stuff has just crumbled me emotionally and caused flare-central on top of all the loss of my "magic meds"
Each day as the remission is melting off has been a discovery of "oh wow, now THIS hurts"
Needless to say my mental state is fucked as well as sleeping and eating with grief ...then the added inability to MOVE properly just makes me feel worse and guilty for not being able to even wash clothes etc.

Got an appt with the rheumy on friday and we're gonna re-start the meds, she knew getting to the dermatolgist in Sac was an issue and thankfully said she'd prescribe when the authorization ran out. I'm at least lucky enough to know relief is coming in some ways.

but today was a "I can't walk to the bathroom without crying out loud" day and I hate that.
thanks for letting me vent...
I've been crying more too the past week...not sure how much grief and pain depressions are linked, but I reckon a bit.
