1. Modern and Comprehensive Research into the Thyroid Role is Seriously Lacking

The thyroid gland impacts every organ in our bodies and their functions, not just our hormones. Yet, comprehensive medical research is very much lacking. For example, the current drug therapy used to treat Hyperthyroidism was developed in the 1940's! There are indications that thyroid plays a role in Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia but without more recent and valid medical research, we are living in another version of the Dark Ages.
