We all do this. "I should feel," "I should be" - try to turn that off and listen to your body. If you need to rest, rest! It sounds like you need to fight off the flu right now. That's important; it can be serious.

If the cancer seems to be kept at bay, give yourself time to relish what joys you can find, even if you don't quite 'bounce back' up to the level you'd like to recapture.

It sounds like your prognosis is a good one, and you can bounce back! You've been given time. Consider what people around you need from you, and what the world could learn from you, and make that a reason to fight on!
