She knows this even when you are away working.
So going to appointments is not critical.

People can find a peaceful place without an expensive garden.
Bring some inexpensive plants into the sunroom. Make it her peaceful place.
Add other pretty and relaxing things, you can get some things at Walmart.
Maybe some scenes, lavender, peppermint, etc.
Relaxing music.

And you enjoy it as well.

Your anger is more than just about work.

And it is not good for you to be very angry.
Being a caregiver is a very stressful job, so you need to relax and take care of yourself too.
