(54,229 posts)21. Poached eggs won't do it.  If you do not like to or can't cook
        or shop often buy and make stuff in batches. Cookies have a lot of calories. If you need to be reminded to eat, keep them all over your place on dishes (visual reminder) especially by your TV chair and bed.

        Beans ,nuts, legumes, rice, avocado nutmilks nut butters . What is your aim ?No dairy wheat & meat?
