and that sodium is not included on food labels. We are a low-sodium household, thanks to my husband's BP. I order no-salt-added ketchup, mustard, tuna, canned goods, etc. We do own some "salt substitute" but he says it has a kind of sodium in it.

It's amazing what Penzey's spices can do for food. I use a wide variety of spice and herb blends, for the taste and to support Bill Penzey's politics.
