15. I can vouch for this. I started taking my diet seriously when I was 60, and it is a huge difference.

I feel so much better, and that is verified by medical data. Cholesterol, blood pressure, weight, blood sugar all way down. In addition, I can see the difference in the mirror.

Nothing hardcore. I allow indulgences. I don't go hungry. I overdo on holidays. I just make better food choices day to day.
