Two days earlier, I had jogged 3 miles. Then that afternoon, I was feeling really tired. My SO, an RN came over, took my pulse and told me to put on my coat we are going to the ER.
I knew I had Bradycardia, a slow pulse. My normal was 45 beats per minute. Not terrible, just something to keep an eye on. Well, that day it had dropped to 28 beats per minute. That is stroke territory.
After two days in the hospital, I came home with a pacemaker and two days later I ran another 3 miles. Doctor said KEEP doing that and kiss your nurse..

Best of luck and keep moving. I'm 72 and retired. My friends that retired and laid on the couch and watched the boob tube are now dead.
