Yesterday I thought I had Tachycardia... [View all]

My heart would "speed up" and then resumed beating normally. I was worried because I had always been told I had a strong heart. I googled it and found I didn't fit the major profile for it even tho I am 82...

*I don't smoke
*I don't drink alcohol
*I am moderately overweight, but not grossly
*I do eat too many sweets
*I am female

Today I have no tachycardia and feel fine. Good breakfast and 3 cups of delicious coffee.

Perhaps it was just a passing thing and no reason to worry. OR I should just concentrate more on my exercise bike.

I wonder if anybody else fitting my health profile has had similar episodes.
