The ICC prosecutor arrived at the conclusion that war crime allegations against two of Israel's leaders should be referred to the ICC judges.The ICC judges are currently deliberating on the merits of the prosecutor's decision.

It is only after a trrial, if it ever takes place, that the ICC makes any determination or reaches any conclusion.

Quite a bit premature to hold Israel accountable for anything, no?
