Not sure what the capital part means, but it should also be investigated as a hate crime.

Personally, I think this would have got far more attention at DU if a few pro-Palestinian protesters were lounging round the pool wearing kefayyehs. Multiple threads would have been started linking to videos of the incident over at Xhitter, with people using the words 'terrorist' at least once a sentence to describe the lounging protesters, while in the background the attempts to murder the kids are met with a solid wall of 'BLAME HAMAS!' from those well-meaning deep thinkers....
