Then proclaim it as ruzzia.. putin has said said as much.. He wants to de populate the Ukraine.. Wipe out the Ukraine population...When ever the ruzzians conquer a territory they populate it with ethnic ruzzians...Like the Eastern part of ruzzia that was ethnically chinese.. They took it and moved ruzzians in..
