Social degradation. Couples don’t have children because they don’t feel as well off as their parents. Hmmm.

Now where do we see that here in the US?

We see that in losses of jobs in the Rust Belt, attacks on subsidies for college and educational training, gutting child tax credits, attacks on day care subsidies.

Since the Reagan era and afterwards, the political donor class has been waging a top-down class war on America’s lower classes, declared or not, knowingly or not, and the MAGA voting base has been too dumb not to see it.
