"No One Saw It Coming": Putin Desperately Legalizes Major Crimes for a 'Reason' - The Russian Dude [View all]
Putin recently signed a new law which allows suspects at all stages of criminal prosecution to redeem themselves and drop charges simply by signing a military contract. The new law already has an immediate effect. Kadyrov Chechens already abused this law. This will most certainly bring the erosion of the criminal justice system of Russia. Cartels, gangs and paramilitary groups are on the rise in Russia as well.
