Two and a half year passed since the beginning of Russian invasion of Ukraine. Sanctions were meant to destroy the Russian economy, but so far, it does not show any signs of weakness. Or is it? As of right now, there is a perception of prosperity inside Russia. But the economy is overheating, and it is dangerous. There are also hidden and cascading costs of war.
