They deserve better pay. But the argument is self defeating overall. The message is foreign workers only do jobs Americans can’t or won’t do. Saying their underpay undermines local wages is literally the other side’s argument, and presumes that they do compete for the same jobs as locals/citizens. I agree with better pay, but wow…
