He doesn't want to be face to face with anyone who won't bow to him. There is no excuse for his murders of Venezuelan fishermen. No proof that they are anything but fishermen, yet he has the military, including this huge war ship, sitting off their shores. There is also no proof of fentanyl coming from Venezuela.

Its all about their oil.
