1. I suspect that's partially inspired by Andean immigration

I confess that I’ve only been to Argentina once, and that was over 20 years ago, But what struck me about Buenos Aires was that there was a surprising number of shirt-sleeve immigrants out on the streets that clearly came from Andean countries like Bolivia, Ecuador, and other struggling Andean countries.

Much is made of North American racism here at DU. Far less is spoken of about racism in other countries here in the Americas.
