1. If the WSJ use "elite" for "people who like Gentleman's Relish", they must be banned from ever using the word

in a political context. The gulf between the relish-likers (old-fashioned, insular, wealthy people, basically) and those who get called "elite" in political arguments (people who went to well-known universities, or, increasingly, public sector workers) is huge.
