3. Is it cable or using a cell tower? Cell service improved here lately.

Since I moved to the boondocks, I first got 4G internet with a jetpack and it was horrible. The signal would go to zero late at night as Verizon played cell magic.

So I switched to DSL. Cable or fiber is not available here.

When my neighbor said he was getting cellular internet, I asked him why.

Well, since the service really was upgraded, it's rock steady now.

I had comcast cable for many years when I lived in the suburbs.
