Apologies for the 403 error, but it is *usually* temporary. The error is typically caused by the DU firewall "overreacting" to a connection which it thinks is not legitimate, even though it is. Typically the error only lasts for a few minutes, or a few hours at most, until it sorts itself out. However, in a few rare cases, it has lasted a lot longer.

Hopefully this will resolve itself quickly, but if you wait for a while and you're still unable to upload your avatar, you can send it to me at [e-mail] and I should be able to get it taken care of for you on the back end.
