5. You could try opening an incognito window

or clearing the cookies for State Farm.

In chrome, you can get an incognito window from the file menu. If this works, then it is likely due to a cookie they have stored, are trying to use, but then have an error on their side. You can then clear cookies so you may not have to open an incognito window for them all the time.

To clear cookies for a particular site, open Chrome preferences, select “privacy and security“, then select cookies and other site data, then select see all site data and permissions. You can search for the state farm website in there and remove their data. This is better than simply clearing all cookies, because it doesn’t log you out of everything.
