10. Ugh. I hear you.

I had a call with my FauxNews-watching mom this morning. At least she gets away from it enough to realize she needs to wear a mask and follow the rules as much as possible. But it took loads of pressure from me last spring to get her that far.

This morning, I got the "it's all China's fault" bs and just about fell over. WTF, mom? So then I had to remind her that we knew about this in November and did nothing. NOTHING. We didn't even start testing people coming in, quarantining, or even shutting the borders until it was already here.

JFC, I hate these days.
