They will back fellow gang members to not give up gang protection.

I was told by a Sheriff with a Phd that "Professional Courtesy” is how it all starts and would not allow that in his dept. Great man, Sheriff Richardson and he passed away a few years back. If you ever hear those words come from a LEO, report it.
