1. Homeless folks get bused in to Sacramento all the time

From area red counties and towns, because we have better resources than they do. But, they are dropped in a place unfamiliar to them, with no money, and with way more people in need than, say, Placerville. A coworker's husband coordinates services for homeless folk in the area, and it drives him crazy. It's not fair to anyone.
