Utah legislature is pro Oil and Gas. Watch how language is crafted for any fees fines or disclosures be forgiven for a seven year period.

When high Sulfur Sludge Oil in Canada is selling 10 dollars a barrel,this same crap from Eastern Utah falls into the same type. Salt Lake City Refiners apparently do not this crap when Bakken is trading at the same price and costs less to refine.
