They're here to participate in OpSail-250.

I was a bit worried when I saw the storm's position, since last week some of the ships were berthed along the Gulf, in New Orleans and a few other ports. (They give people the opportunity to visit/board them etc.) However, they seem to have now made their way to the east coast.
