Ah. Now I get it. From the Party of Personal Responsibility™, i.e., the "takers", wanting more of "our shit". Remember back in 2012 when Sen. Rand Paul said Hurricane Sandy relief should be offset by cutting spending elsewhere...? Well, Oklahoma...?
